THE TARGETING PROTOCOL

We don’t pick winners. Physics does.

To ensure absolute neutrality, Agency 171 utilizes a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) backed by atmospheric data.

The Protocol:

  1. The Pool: When a supply drop is closed, the system compiles a strict list of Verified Operatives. Only slots with a confirmed PAID status are entered. Reserved or pending slots are ejected from the pool immediately.

  2. The Source: We do not use standard computer randomization (which can be predicted). Our system connects securely to the Random.org API.

  3. The Signal: The winning coordinate is generated using Atmospheric Noise—literal radio static from the atmosphere. This data is converted into a random value that mathematically cannot be predicted or manipulated by us or anyone else.

  4. Target Lock: The atmospheric value selects a specific slot ID. That ID is instantly locked into the database as the victor, and the result is immutable.
